Bio
From the time that Chase was born, he has been around
sprint car racing. His dad, Kevin Briscoe, raced sprint
cars for over 20 years and won over 150 feature events.
He claimed track championships at Tri-State Speedway
and Bloomington Speedway four times, three of which
were consecutive. Chase's grandpa, Richard Briscoe has
been a car owner in the sport since 1976. Legendary
drivers that have piloted his cars include: Dick Gaines,
Chuck Amati, Rich Vogler and Jack Hewitt.

It was only natural that once Chase was ready he would take over the driver's seat of the #5 Briscoe Homes sprinter, we just didn't expect it to happen at the age of 13.

As a toddler it was obvious that Chase was a natural. He loved being in the driver's seat of anything that had wheels and there was no doubt he loved racing. At age 7 he officially began his driving career in a quarter midget at Mini-Indy. He would win his heat race along with his first feature during his racing debut. Unfortunately for Chase though, he would only drive the car one other time as his races conflicted with his dad's racing schedule that year.

Chase would not step back into the driver's seat again until the age of 11. This time he would drive a 600cc micro-sprint. Starting where he had left off, Chase racked up 5 feature wins in a limited 14 race schedule. He would continue driving the micro sprint the following year and would finish with 5 more victories in a more limited 10 race schedule.

In 2008, it was decided that Chase showed the talent, intelligence and respect to take over the cock pit duties of the #5 Briscoe Home sprinter. He was only 13 years old. In his sprint car debut he would finish 10th out of 40 cars. A feat that not only impressed fans in the stands but also the fellow drivers. During his rookie year he would have eight top 5 finishes and seventeen top 10 finishes out of 37 starts. His last race of the season would find him in victory lane celebrating his first feature win and making him the youngest person to ever win in a 410 sprint car. Chase's efforts were rewarded by being named HARF 2008 First Year Driver and Paragon Speedway Rookie of the Year.
